Mike Snow — President & Owner

Born and raised in Mohawk, NY

Mike still calls the Mohawk Valley home, where he lives with his wife, daughter, and son. After earning a bachelor's in Communication and a master's in Organizational Leadership (Colorado Christian University), Mike returned to New York to focus on residential and commercial roofing. His hands‑on experience—painting, siding, and finish carpentry—started on local job sites run by his father and uncles.

Shane Evans — Senior Project Manager

A native New Yorker, Shane grew up remodeling basements and building decks with his father in Utica. He put himself through SUNY Oswego's School of Business, graduating with a B.B.A. in Accounting while roofing summers throughout the Mohawk Valley. With more than a decade in New York roofing, Shane now lives in Rome with his wife and young son.

Arif Mansor — Production Coordinator

Originally from Malaysia, Arif first experienced America as a high‑school exchange student in Montana. After earning a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) at Colorado State University, he relocated to Albany, NY, where he oversees material scheduling and crew logistics for RGB. Outside of work you'll find him playing soccer in the Capital Region Malaysian community league or hiking the Adirondacks.

Cole Kennedy — Estimator & Finance Analyst

Cole was raised in Thousand Oaks, CA, but chose New York for its vibrant construction market and robust economy. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Colorado Christian University and is completing his MBA (Economics emphasis) online while living in Syracuse. Cole's background in investment banking and pool‑system repair gives him a unique eye for cost efficiency and water‑intrusion issues in New York roofs.

Cade McLeod — Project Superintendent

A proud Texan who spent the last decade in Denver, Cade has now settled with his family in Little Falls. His Gulf‑Coast upbringing taught him resilience against wind and moisture—skills he now channels into managing New York reroofs and church renovations. Cade is active in his local parish and devotes weekends to community‑service builds throughout the Mohawk Valley.
